You may download the registration forms from our site, complete and drop off at the rectory with a check (no cash) payable to: Good Shepherd Sports. Please make sure the envelope is sealed and says ATTENTION GOOD SHEPHERD SPORTS. Credit Cards are now accepted at the Registration Table
